You don't need to know exactly what's wrong — describe the symptoms: what noise it's making, when it started, what warning lights are showing, or what the vehicle is doing that it shouldn't be. Our team will give you an initial assessment and advise whether to drive the vehicle in or arrange a tow.
Vehicle Inspection and Diagnosis
We inspect the vehicle and diagnose the fault properly — not just guess. Depending on the symptom, this may involve a physical inspection, a road test, an electronic scan for fault codes, or a combination of all three. We won't start quoting until we understand what's actually causing the problem.
Written Quote — You Approve Before Work Starts
