1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and North Geelong Accident Repair Centre ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

2. Quotes and Estimates

Any quotes or estimates provided through our website, via email, or over the phone are preliminary and subject to change upon physical inspection of your vehicle. A final, binding quote will only be provided once our technicians have thoroughly assessed the damage in person at our workshop.

3. Repair Timelines

While we strive to complete all repairs within the estimated timeframes provided, these timelines are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to parts availability, hidden damage discovered during repairs, and insurance approval processes.

4. Payment Terms

Unless covered by insurance with an approved claim, payment in full is required upon completion of repairs and prior to the release of your vehicle. We accept major credit cards, EFTPOS, and bank transfers. Any excess payments required by your insurance policy must be paid directly to us before the vehicle is released.

5. Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. All our repair work is covered by a lifetime guarantee for as long as you own the vehicle. Parts warranties are subject to the manufacturer's specific terms and conditions. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance subsequent to our repairs.

6. Parts Subcontracting & Insurers

We handle the entirety of the repair life cycle in-house. In rare events where specialty work is required (such as certain electronics recalibrations), we use licensed and certified partners. We work alongside all major Australian insurance companies, however, we represent you, the vehicle owner, to ensure your vehicle is returned to pre-accident condition.
