How Our Tyre Fitting Process Works at NGARC Geelong
Book & Tell Us Your Requirements
Call 03 4244 8938 or submit an online quote. Tell us your vehicle make, model, and year — or the tyre size from your existing tyre sidewall (e.g., 205/55R16). We'll confirm tyre availability and book a time that suits you.
Inspect & Source
When your vehicle arrives, we inspect the existing tyres and wheels for damage, confirm the correct size and load/speed rating for your vehicle, and source the tyres if not already in stock. We'll also inspect the spare tyre and advise on its condition.
Fit, Balance & Check Alignment
New tyres are fitted and balanced on the rim. We then check wheel alignment — if the vehicle is pulling, the steering wheel is off-centre, or alignment is outside specification, we'll quote an alignment correction and explain why it matters for tyre longevity.
Final Inspection & Handover
Tyre pressures are set to the manufacturer specification for your vehicle (not a generic value). We do a final walk-around to confirm all wheels are correctly torqued. Your old tyres are disposed of responsibly. We'll advise on any further work identified during the inspection.
